De-escalation and Interpersonal Communications Course (1 Day)
The goal of this course is to give the student the appropriate tools to recognize signs of aggression and effective tools to de-escalate during law enforcement encounters. The student will come away with effective techniques to prevent aggressive verbal behavior from escalating to a violent physical encounter.
