Our Counter-Kidnapping and Carjacking is a two-day in depth, multi-faceted course. We start with developing your understanding of the vulnerabilities that you face while operating or conducting business in austere or hostile environments.

Our Active Shooter Prevention Course is designed to give the attendee’s an understanding of the human factors that are present “before” and during an act of workplace violence. We will focus on the “pre-incident indicators and outlier behaviors” that can reveal the intentions of someone who intends to commit an act of violence or that an active shooter is present prior to the event and immediate response practices that can lower the loss of life.

The role of the manager is often clearly stated but rarely defined. The manager is given the task of providing guidance to subordinates while keeping an organization’s goals and objectives in mind. This training seminar will define what it takes to be an effective manager by building and fostering key leadership principles in the attendee.

This training evolution will provide the attendee with sound mitigation strategies that will enable them to successfully identify risks, categorize and develop strategic planning skills, therefor effectively managing the risk so that its impact is severely reduced or eliminated entirely and no longer jeopardizes the organization’s long-term strategic goals.
